% 10.01.2020 The matter has been amicably settled between the parties per Settlement Agreement dated 24.12.2019 entered before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court. The parties have settled the disputes per para 1 to 9 of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. It is stated the agreement entered into between the parties is voluntary and without any undue influence from any corner. In the circumstances, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of para 1 to 9 of the Settlement Agreement dated 24.12.2019. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled in the mediation centre, the court fees filed by the appellant herein may be refunded to him as per provision of the Court Fees Act.
