3.

The respondent no.2, present through videoconferencing, is identified by IO/SI Vikram Singh. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by her that she has compromised all disputes with the petitioners. Respondent no.2 submits that she does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioner.

4.

The IO submits that the open land on which the dispute commenced remains open and not in possession of either of the parties. 5.

Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 6.

Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 376/2016 of Police Station Punjabi Bagh, Delhi for offence under Section 354/506/509 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
