The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0781/2015 under Sections 7/10 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 registered with PS Timarpur and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a chargesheet had been filed and therefore, the matter be relegated to the concerned court. He, however, seeks liberty to raise all contentions raised in the present petition before the concerned court. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
