By way of this application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 89/2021 dated 01.03.2021, registered at Police Station Alipur, District Outer North, Delhi, under Sections 380/511/457/186/353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

At the very outset, Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the proceedings are at a nascent stage and charges have not yet been framed. The matter is listed before the learned Trial Court for framing of charges on 27.03.2026. 3.
