W.P.(CRL.) 293/2019 The petitioner seeks parole for three months. He has already been granted parole for one month vide order dated 22.01.2019 in case FIR No. 107/2011, P.S. Begum Pur. However, he has not been released since he is undergoing sentence in case FIR No. 83/2011, P.S. Special Cell and only six months' sentence remains to be undergone. The parole was granted to him on account of illness of his minor son. However, his application for parole dated 24.12.2018 in the latter case has not been extended. Let it be
considered by the State and a decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week from today.
