% 10.04.2026 By way of the present application, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 81/2025 dated 20.01.2025, registered at Police Station Ranhola under Sections 420, 120B, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Anand Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the disputes between the applicant/accused and the complainant have been amicably settled and, in view thereof, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. The bail application, alongwith all pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
