The petition has been listed on the basis of an office note, pointing out that the order dated 17.01.2020 does not mention the amount of the bail bond.

In the circumstances, Paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 17.01.2020 is modified to read as under:- "7.

In the given circumstances, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition and grant anticipatory bail on furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and a Surety Bond of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/IO concerned.

This is also subject to the petitioner joining the investigation and fully cooperating with the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 18.01.2020 at 4:00 PM." VIBHU BAKHRU, J JANUARY 22, 2020/MK
