Learned ASC for the State accepts notice.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to find suitable match for his daughter and to maintain social ties. The status report has been handed over by the learned Additional Standing Counsel which is taken on record.

As per the status report it has been verified that the family of the petitioner is residing at H.No. S-2/204, 1st Floor, Old Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Delhi. The family of the petitioner consists of his wife and two daughters aged 26 and 17 years respectively besides the son aged 23 years old who is studying in Canada. As per the nominal roll the petitioner was W.P.(CRL) 148/2018

granted parole for a period of thirty days by this court w.e.f. 10th February, 2017 whereafter he was granted furlough for a period of two weeks with effect from 11th October, 2017. Since the petitioner has recently been released on furlough and could have done the needful to find match for his daughters this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
