The petitioner has filed the present application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0410/2019 under Sections 336/452/506/323/341/34 of the IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act, 1959 registered with PS Alipur.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of one Gulab Singh (the complainant). The complainant and the petitioner are neighbours and the incident, as mentioned in the said FIR, relates to a dispute that had arisen on account of parking of vehicles. The petitioner, the complainant, as well as
their respective family members have resolved all their disputes amicably and this Court is informed that none of the family members of the parties wish to pursue the FIR in question 4.
Ms Dhalla, learned APP states that the petitioners have not joined the investigation.

In view of the above and considering that concerned parties have resolved their disputes, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition, subject to the petitioner joining the investigation. 6.
The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0410/2019 subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation.
