% 06.02.2020 Petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months to maintain social ties with his family and arrange funds for the maintenance of his family.

Status report has been filed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the address of the petitioner as given i.e. Village Sirkahndi, P.O. Baachha, Police Station Haalsi, District, Lakhi Sarai, Bihar has been verified and same is of his in-laws. It is also found that the wife of the petitioner namely Renu Kumari is residing alongwith her children at her parental home.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that parole of the petitioner be granted, subject to stringent conditions, as the

petitioner is going out of station i.e. Village Sirkahndi, P.O. Baachha, Police Station Haalsi, District, Lakhi Sarai, Bihar. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and in the interest of justice, petitioner is granted one month parole from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to following conditions:

i) The petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working conditions at all the times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent;

ii) The petitioner shall report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) at Village Sirkahndi, P.O. Baachha, Police Station Haalsi, District, Lakhi Sarai, Bihar, on every Monday at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole; iii) The petitioner shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
