Learned ASC for the state accepts notice.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition, arrange funds for the same and to re-establish social ties.

A status report has been handed over by the learned ASC which is taken on record. As per the status report the address of the petitioner has been verified where his mother was found residing with the brother of the petitioner. Mother of the petitioner stated that she had no relation with the petitioner and that the petitioner had already been disinherited by his father Late Sh. Stephan.

The brother of the petitioner also got recorded his statement wherein he stated that he had no relation with the petitioner for the last 20-25 years. It is thus apparent that no person has control over the activities of the petitioner. The petitioner is having no connect with his family members no ground to grant parole for re-establishing social ties is made out. With regard to the request of filing of special leave petition, the same can also be filed through the legal aid in the Rohini Jail. Petition is dismissed.

A copy of the order be communicated to petitioner through Superintendent, Rohini Jail.
