O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking bail in FIR No. 331/2019 under sections 307/452/323/324/201/34 IPC registered at P.S. Alipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019. It is submitted that the stab injuries were caused by the co-accused Ankit. He further submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the accused and the complainants/injured. 3.

The victims/complainants, namely, Kartar Singh, Ajeet Kumar and Parkash Chand, who are present in person and identified by the Investigating Officer, submit that the matter is settled with the accused persons. They submit that they have no objection to the grant of bail to the present petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that the matter has been compromised between the accused persons and victims, the

petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant/victim or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Alipur with his mobile phone/landline number and residential address and in the event of change of the same, shall inform to the I.O./SHO.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned court. (iv) The petitioner will remain regularly present before the trial court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner.
