O R D E R

% 29.01.2020 By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground that his wife is in family way and delivery is expected on 7.2.2020. As per nominal roll, petitioner is already remained in judicial custody for 14 years and 8 months. Medical certificates have been placed on record with regard to the pregnancy of the wife of the petitioner. The same have been verified by the State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of two weeks, from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent

on the expiry of the parole period.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for compliance.
