By present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.420/2021 dated 04.10.2021, registered at police station Neb Sarai, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Undisputedly, the chargesheet was filed and the order on charge has also been passed in the present matter. 3.

It is pointed out that Petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 have been discharged and the charges are framed only against Petitioner No.1. Therefore, the grievance of Petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 in satisfied and the petition in their respect is infructuous. 4.
