During the course of hearing, it is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the concerned CCTV footage has been preserved. It is further submitted that the respondent / SHO, PS Hari Nagar is in the process of filing a reply in the aforesaid ongoing proceedings. 5.
Needless to say, it shall be for the concerned court to pass appropriate and further orders in the matter, as may be deemed appropriate. 6.
Considering the circumstances, this Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain the present petition, especially in view of the aforesaid statement on behalf of the respondent. 7.
The same is accordingly, disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
