submits that the outstanding pension amount shall be released to the petitioners latest within a period of three days from today. 5.
The said statement is taken on record.

The respondents are also directed to ensure that in future, the pension amount is released on a regular basis without delay. 7.
It is made clear that in the event of failure to do so, the same shall be construed as wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court on the part of the respondent.

The respondent is directed to ensure that adequate systemic measures put in place so that the release of pension is not delayed in future. 9.
