O R D E R

% 01.02.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 233/2018, under Sections 308/34 of IPC, registered at police station Darya Ganj, Delhi, while claiming to be innocent.

Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State submits that petitioner is required to join investigation. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to join investigation and will appear before the Investigating Officer on 2nd February, 2019 at 05:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called.

Without commenting on the merits of this case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing Bail Appln.252/2019

bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. It is made clear that if petitioner fails to join the investigation or tampers with the evidence, then respondent-State shall be at liberty to get this order revoked.

With aforesaid directions, the bail application is accordingly disposed of.
