The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C seeks the following prayer:

"a. Quash/ set aside Order dated 12.11.2021 passed by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, East District, Karkardooma Courts issuing Summons all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom;

b. Quash Summons dated 04.06.2022 issued to Petitioner pursuant to Order dated 12.11.2021 passed by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, East District, Karkardooma Courts; c. Quash the Criminal Proceedings in the CR Cases 5094/ 2016 titled 'B.D. Sharma vs. Shanti Mukand Hospital & Ors. all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom pending before Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, East District, Karkardooma Courts; d. Quash the Complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C. filed by the Respondent no. 2 Complainant in the CR Cases 5094/ 2016 titled 'B.D. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the latter has since passed away.
