% 31.01.2019 In his complaint before Police Station, Navpada, the petitioner alleged that he was a victim of a fraud by the persons mentioned in the complaint. A similar complaint was made at Police Station in Mulund. Both the Police Stations are in the city of Bombay/Mumbai. Later on, after due investigation was carried out on the petitioner's complaint by Thane police, a Closure Report had been filed.

In the circumstance, this Court does not find any reason to entertain with the matter on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. The petitioner would have a right to pursue his legal remedies as may be, before the appropriate Court.
