O R D E R

The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 29.10.2025, passed in W.P.(Crl.) 3498/2025. The operative directions passed therein are as under: "8. It seems that grievances of the petitioner have been duly addressed inasmuch as FIR has already been registered.

9. Be that as it may, it is the duty of the State to provide protection to all the citizens and this Court, being the Constitutional Court, is expected to further the constitutional rights to all the citizens.

10. The State, is therefore, directed to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members.

11. The petition is accordingly disposed of with direction that mobile numbers of the SHO and the beat constable of the area where the petitioner is residing be shared with the petitioner so that in case of any need or emergency, he may contact them on immediate basis." 2.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the mobile numbers of the SHO and the beat constable of the area are available with the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the SHO and / or the beat constable shall respond whenever any call is made by the petitioner. It is further stated that protection, as may be adequate and warranted shall be provide to the petitioner.

It is also submitted that the concerned area shall be regularly patrolled by the concerned police officials.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
