This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/direction directing Respondent No.1 (NTA) to forthwith provide certified/duplicate NEET-UG 2020 result/score, including total marks, subject-wise marks, percentile score, All India Rank & Category Rank; Direct Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 (NBEMS/NMC) to accept the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Petitioner's candidature for FMGE and all forthcoming examinations, treating such certified/duplicate NEET-UG result as valid proof of eligibility; And b. Declare that the refusal and inaction of the Respondents is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 19(l)(a) of the Constitution of India.

Pass appropriate interim/ad-interim orders in favour of the Petitioner during pendency of the present petition..."

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a medical degree holder from foreign University and wants to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ("FMGE"), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences ("NBEMS"). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioner is unable to find or retrieve their NEET-UG 2020 Scorecards. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency ("NTA") has furnished particulars of the petitioners available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this Order as NEET UG Scorecard.

The respondent No. 1, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioner, which reads as under: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, the respondent No. 3 and NBEMS is directed to treat this Order as a Scorecard for NEET-UG 2020 examination in respect of the petitioner and consequently, the requirement on part of the petitioner to furnish Scorecard of NEET-UG 2020 for FMGE 2026 and also for future FMGE Examinations stands discharged. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
