In terms of order dated 21st August, 2024, Court notice was served to all the Petitioners. Mr. Neerava Kumar and Mr. Chaturbhuj Sharma, Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 respectively, are present along with their counsel. 2.
Mr. Neerava Kumar states that he is the contact person for all the Petitioners. He aserts that the grievance of all the Petitioners stands resolved and accordingly none of the Petitioners intend to continue with the present proceedings.

At the same time, Mr. Swarn Kumar, who represents the Petitioners, states that apart from these Petitioners, there could be several other affected persons.
