The present application under Section 439 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "7. Therefore, keeping in view the said facts stated hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(a) Pass an order to release the Applicant on regular bail in FIR No. 628 of 2021 dt. 27.11.2021 registered at PS Malviya Nagar, District South; and (b) Pass such other orders in favour of the Applicant as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."
