This is an application preferred on behalf of the Applicant Raju @ Gunga under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 354/2022 dated 06.05.2022 under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at PS: Hari Nagar. 2.

At the outset, learned APP for the State submits that supplementary charge sheet has been filed and the case is at pre-trial stage. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the trial court at the appropriate stage and prays that all issues and contentions raised in the present bail application be left open, to be agitated before the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
