CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT MAHAJAN

O R D E R

% 14.07.2025 1.

The present petition was filed way back in the year 2020 and could not get heard for some reason or the other. 2.

The matter was not taken from 12.03.2020 to 24.08.2021 due to en-block adjournments on account of Covid-19. Thereafter, matter was adjourned repeatedly on request of either the petitioner or the CBI.

3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that it is an admitted case that the petitioner took control of the society in the year 2005, whereas the dispute relates to the period up to the year 2000, when the society was revived on the request of the members of the society at that stage.

4.

On being pointedly asked, it is informed that the trial has almost reached the fag end and only three witnesses remain to be examined.

5.

Therefore, at this stage, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition challenging the order framing charge.

6.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of final arguments.

7.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in the future. AMIT MAHAJAN, J JULY 14, 2025 "SK"
