BAIL APPLN. 131/2020 Petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 643/2019, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at police station Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that similar application filed by petitioner is coming up for hearing on 28th January, 2020 before the learned trial court. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to file the application in case the same is dismissed by the learned trial court. This application stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
