This is a petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 11.11.2022.

Mr Nagarkatti, learned counsel appears for the judgment-debtor and has handed over a copy of the order dated 08.07.2024 wherein the impugned Award has been stayed by the Judge, Commercial Court (District Judge Level), Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Distt. Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 3.

The documents filed in Court are taken on record. 4.

In view of the stay order, the present execution petition will not lie at this stage and the same is disposed of granting liberty to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution petition/revive the same as and when Section 34 petition filed by the judgment-debtor is decided by the concerned Court.
