Mediator/Judge South-East District, Saket Court in HMA No. 253/2020 (now numbered as HMA Petition No.1748/2021) titled as Kailash Pathray vs Pooja Kajaniya.;

b) Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
