The petitioner, vide the present application seeks early hearing of the captioned petition.

For the reasons stated therein, the present application is allowed and the captioned petition is taken up for hearing today itself. 3.
Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. CM(M) 378/2025 4.
As per order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No. 7751 of 2025, the Learned Family Court, seized of the guardianship petition, from which the present petition emanates, has been directed to conclude the trial in the matter within three months with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is not in dispute that before the Learned Family Court, the petitioner herein has already led evidence except for his own (PW1) evidence. In fact, a supplemental trial was directed by this Hon'ble Court vide paragraphs 37 and 40 of the order dated 22.11.2024. 6.
Taking the aforesaid into consideration, the impugned order dated 14.02.2025 passed in GP No. 48/2012 is set aside. However, the Petitioner is directed to is granted liberty to lead his own evidence with effect from 19.11.2025, the next date of hearing fixed before the learned Family Court in a time bound manner to conclude it on or before 12.12.2025. 7.
In view thereof, the present petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
