% 11.07.2018 The petitioner was granted bail on 24.05.2018 to attend to the post demise religious rituals of his uncle Ghanshyam Dass who had expired on 12.05.2018. The rituals were to be held on 28.05.2018. He was to surrender within 7 days of his release. He has not done so. Since he has deliberately violated the terms of the interim relief, he is not entitled to bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no intimation or instructions in the matter.

The bail application is dismissed.
