The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0558/2018, under Sections 365/34 of the IPC registered with PS Mundka and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no. 2. 3.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and identified by the Investigating Officer.

They state that they have no grievance against the petitioners and join the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. They also confirm that they have entered into a settlement deed with the petitioners, a copy of which has been placed on record.

The petitioners are present in Court and identified by their Counsel. They state that they have no grievance against the respondents and pray that
the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the concerned parties (the petitioners and respondent no. 2 and 3), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no. 0558/2018, under Sections 365/34 of the IPC registered with PS Mundka and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3) shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
