CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 06.02.2019 Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court. They have been identified by SI Vikas Panwar of police station Mahendra Park. They submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and have no objection in case FIR No. 506/2015 under Sections 354-B/323/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park is quashed. Keeping in mind that the disputes have been settled between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 amicably, in my view, no fruitful
purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
