LPA 33/2020 & C.M. No. 2088/2020 It is pointed out that respondent No.5 is not yet impleaded as a party respondent in the writ proceedings and the application for impleadment of respondent No.5 is still pending before the Court. In these circumstances,

respondent No.5 should not have been impleaded as a party respondent in the present appeal. Accordingly, respondent No.5 is deleted from the array of parties.

The only aspect that we are concerned with is the extension of time to the appellant to deposit costs of Rs.10,000/-, as imposed vide order dated 09.01.2020 by the learned Single Judge in the writ proceedings. Learned counsel for the appellant states that the said order was not available to him within two days of it being passed. The appellant has already complied with the said order, inasmuch, as it has already filed the amended writ petition within two days of the passing of the said order. In these circumstances, we permit the appellant to deposit the costs of Rs.10,000/- in terms of the order dated 09.01.2020 within one week from today.

The appeal stands disposed of.
