O R D E R

% 20.01.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of reference case being LAC No.42918/2010 from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (North-East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi to the Court of the learned District Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

The learned Additional District Judge in his order dated 18.12.2019 has observed that the properties/land in question are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of District Shahdara, Karkardooma Court and has further observed that the case should be transferred to the concerned Court at District Shadhara.

The respondent no. 2 who appears on advance notice does not object to the present petition.

In view of the order dated 18.12.2019 and the non-objection from the respondent no. 2, reference case being LAC No.42918/2010 is transferred

from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (North-East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi to the Court of the learned District Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi to be listed on 29.01.2020. The learned District Judge, Shahdara, may have the case listed before a court of competent jurisdiction The petition is allowed in the above terms.
