As per communication dated 28.10.2021 by Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital, Tahirpur, Delhi to the Additional Chief Secretary, GNCT of Delhi, it appears that the complaint against Dr. (Col) H.C. Sharma has been resolved amicably.

The communication dated 28.10.2021 is extracted as under:- "Subject :- Resolution of complaint matter against Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma Vs female complainants of RGSSH.
Sir, On the subject citied above, administratively an attempt was made to resolve the matter that occurred between female complaine1nts of RGSSH and Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma . The said matter was forwarded to the ice, RGSSH for inquiry in the Month of December 2020 and Dr. (Col). H.C.Sharma was asked to proceed on compulsory leave so that an independent inquiry in the matter may be conducted in the said matter. Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma challenged the said order for compulsory leave and constitution of ICC , after which the Health & family Welfare The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Department ordered him to work at Janakpuri Super Speciality Hospital. Now, the ICC, Chairperson has informed that the inquiry in above matter has been completed and report has been submitted to registrar of the court in the sealed envelope as per the directions of Hon'ble High Court through Government standing counsel.
Since, now ICC proceedings has been completed and report already submitted, Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma has requested that a matter may also be resolved amicably between him and aggrieved female employees regarding any of the misunderstanding regarding his behaviour which was felt offended by them during his official interaction with them. I always had a neutral stance and asked the aggrieved female employees regarding their wish in r/o of amicably resolution of the complaint. The female employees had expressed that as Dr.{Col} H.C.Sharma has regretted, now the misunderstanding has been resolved, so matter may be considered amicably resolved and they don't have any issue in working with Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma.
Dr.(Col) H.C.Sharma has also promised that he will take care in future that any of his verbal or non- verbal statements shall not hurt any sentiments of any female employee and further assured that he will withdraw the case pending in the Hon'ble High Court before the next date of hearing i.e 25.01.2022.
In view of above, reconciliation, I hereby request the competent authority to consider the said complaint matter as reconciled and amicably resolved,"

The petitioner, therefore, has filed the instant application praying for the following prayers:- "a) Set aside/quash the report of the ICC, filed in a sealed cover before this Hon'ble Court, in view of the reconciliation between the Petitioner and the Complainants; and consequentially.
b) Dispose off the present writ petition in terms of the reconciliation recorded on 28-10-2021."

In view of the aforenoted development, the report of ICC is set aside. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
