% 06.02.2020 As per report from Dr. (Col). V. K. Mehta of Mehta Hospital, whereby it is stated that the condition of the patient cannot be ascertained as patient was last seen on 29.01.2020 and her haemoglobin (HB) had improved at that time.

In view of above, I find no ground to grant bail and the same is accordingly dismissed.
