By way of the instant application, the applicant seeks modification of order dated 04.09.2025 to the extent of correction in the name of Bar Association in whose name the cost amount was ordered to be deposited. 2.

Para 8 of order dated 04.09.2025 is now modified to the extent that the petitioners are directed to deposit the cost of ₹5,000/- each with the Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust, within a period of two weeks from date. A copy of receipt of the same be also filed with the Registry to show compliance of the order.
