Ms Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that certain employees of the petitioner have already approached the Karnataka High Court and obtained interim relief. 2.
She submits that the proceedings before that Court may have a bearing on the issue being raised herein. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Karnataka High Court. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.
