The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0386/2019 under Section 354 of the IPC registered with PS Sector 23, Dwarka and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that the said FIR was filed on a misunderstanding and

she has no grievances against the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is present in the Court and he disputes the allegations made in the FIR.

He, however, states that he has since resolved all his disputes with respondent no.2. He has also shifted from the premises neighbouring that of respondent no.2.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2), the present petition is allowed and FIR No.0386/2019 under Section 354 of the IPC registered with PS Sector 23, Dwarka and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed. 6.
