The petitioners vide the present petitions under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C, 1973 seek quashing of cross FIRs No. 0823/2022 and 0825/2022 registered under Sections 308//34 IPC & 341/354(B)/509/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and all proceeding emanating therefrom in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

Issue notice. Learned APP accepts Notice on behalf of the State. 3.

A request for quashing of the FIR has been made on account of the Settlement inter se the parties. It is stated that the parties are known to each other as they have business in the same vicinity and that the parties have amicably settled all their disputes. The injury is stated to be simple in nature and the parties have entered into Compromise Deed dated 15.02.2024 2019 and have amicably settled all their disputes. The parties endorse the Settlement and shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement. 4.

Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State, which is taken on record 5.

The parties are present before this Court in person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

Today, the complainants who are present in Court state that they have no objection if the FIR is quashed.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the injury was simple in nature and that the parties shall continue with their business in the same vicinity, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIRs in question.

Accordingly cross FIRs No. . 0823/2022 and 0825/2022 registered under Sections 308//34 IPC & 341/354(B)/509/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
