% 20.01.2020 CRL.M.A. 1114/2020 (Ex.) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 138/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks the grant of interim bail for a period of four days w.e.f. 20.01.2020 to 24.01.2020 on account of his sister's marriage scheduled on 20.01.2020. The factum of the marriage of the sister of the applicant being scheduled for 20.01.2020 is not refuted on behalf of the State. However, the order dated 14.01.2020 of the learned Trial Court of the ASJ-04, East observes to the effect that there is father and younger brother of the applicant available to look after the necessary

arrangements and performance of rituals for the ceremony of the sister of the applicant.

In the interest of justice, the applicant is allowed to attend the marriage of his sister in custody with the presence of police personnel of PS New Ashok Nagar in plain clothes.

The Superintendent Jail, Delhi is directed to arrange the transport of the applicant in custody to the spot of the marriage so that he reaches there by 7:00 PM today with directions that the applicant shall return back to the jail premises by 4:00 AM on 21.01.2020. The assistance of the police personnel of PS Sector-52, Noida may be taken by the SHO, PS New Ashok Nagar.

The application stands disposed of.

Copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent Jail, Delhi. Copy of the order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
