The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.141/2015 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120/34 IPC at PS Sonia Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant's counsel and have examined the file. It is informed that the petitioner has been charged only under Sections 420/471 IPC read with Section 120B IPC. It is further informed that after the framing of the charge on 26.08.2016, so far only one witness has been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2016. Counsel for the

complainant opposes the bail application stating that there are serious allegations of cheating against the present petitioner and co-accused Sandhya Goel is already proclaimed offender.

Since the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2016 and has been charged only under Sections 471/420 IPC read with Section 120 B IPC, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, he is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
