The present petition was filed challenging the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, NorthWest District, Delhi, pursuant to which the learned Family Judge had granted ad interim maintenance of ₹15,000/- per month in favour of the respondent.

The impugned order was passed in the presence of the petitioner.

The present petition is filed with an inordinate delay of 368 days. The only reason mentioned is that the petitioner had gone to his native village to take care of his mother. 5.

Admittedly, the petitioner was aware of the impugned order and still did not challenge the same within the period of limitation.
