Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the investigation, a cancellation report came to be filed. He further submits that the complainant has preferred a protest petition against the same, which has been allowed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek recourse in terms of law against the aforesaid decision.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending application.
