By way of present petition filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 21.12.2022 passed by learned ASJ-02, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in FIR No.649/2022 registered under Sections 20/29 NDPS Act, 1985 at P.S. Pandav Nagar vide which the respondents wereadmitted toanticipatorybail. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the impugned order, the Sessions Court failed to appreciate that besides the disclosure statement, there is also CDR connectivity between the respondents and the co-accused. It is further submitted that during investigation, it has come on record that even banking transactions have taken place between the co-accused persons. On a specific query, learned APP for the State submits that there is neither any transcript nor any banking transactions between the present respondents and the other co-accused. It is also informed that respondents are not involved in any other case.
