Pursuant to the previous order of 28th April 2026, counsels for the parties along with the parties in person, state that the matter stands settled in terms recorded in order dated 28th April 2026. The only issue that stands to be complied with is with respect to paragraph 3 (ii) of order dated 28th April 2026, namely for deposit of Rs. 5,00,000/- in the Blind Relief Association, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Near Oberoi Hotel, Golf Links, New Delhi - 110003 by petitioner.

Mr. Ajeet Shukla, counsel for the petitioner, confirms that they will deposit the same within the next 7 days, i.e. on or before 17th May 2026 through a demand draft and the receipt of acknowledgment shall be placed on record, and a copy thereof shall be provided to counsel for respondents. 3.
