By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 28.02.2025.
