Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. CM(M) 523/2026 & CM APPL. 15650/2026 3.

The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "That the petitioner accordingly prays to this Hon'ble Court to accept the petition and set aside the impugned orders dated 19.01.2026 and 25.02.2026 passed by Dr. Savitri, Ld. Judge Family Court - 02 Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in GP - No. 69/2025 titled as "Apoorva Vats Vs Ananta Sharma"; or in the alternative to Transfer the present matter to some other Court of competent jurisdiction for adjudication of the same after filing a' response to the petition and further to grant an ex-patre interim stay order against the impugned orders in favor of the petitioner till the pendency of the present petition.

as it deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

With the consent of the parties, the impugned order dated 25.02.2026 passed in GP No. 69/2025 is modified to the extent that the respondent, alongwith his family, will go to the residence of the petitioner on 21.03.2026 and 28.03.2026, from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 7.

Copy of the order be sent to concerned learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi 8.
