By virtue of the present petition under Section 438 read with Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner inter alia seeks setting aside of the order dated 05.12.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi in MT. Cases No.71/2024 granting ad-interim maintenance to the petitioner @ Rs.3,000/- per month.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
