the issuance of proclamation under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with attachment warrant under Section 83 Cr. PC in the context of FIR no.323/2018, under Sections 302 of Indian Penal Code and 25 and 27 of Arms Act of police station Aman Vihar, the counsel for the petitioner assuring the court that the petitioner would offer himself for interrogation by the investigating officer immediately after this hearing.
The petitions and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
